Company and order basics
The approved sample locks a written specification. Production and inspection run against that document, and changes require written approval.
We are Wuhan Shunzejia Printing Co., Ltd., established in 2017. You can verify the licence and request a live factory video call.
MOQ depends on construction, size and printing method, and is stated in the quotation. Trial quantities can be discussed for supplier qualification.
Samples are charged at standard rates: a simple material sample is USD 28, a standard custom sample is USD 70, and high-complexity samples are quoted case by case. Sample-fee deduction terms are confirmed in the written quotation; shipping is charged separately. If tooling, dies or special plates are required, the cost is stated clearly before your approval.
This is judged against the application surface, the application temperature and the service environment, then verified with a physical sample under real conditions.
We trace the batch against production records and the locked specification. Once out-of-specification status is confirmed, it is handled under the agreed replacement or credit terms.
We provide FOB quotations. The quotation states the trade and payment terms.
The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quotation. We recommend: ① label size and shape ② the surface you stick to (glass, plastic, carton, metal) ③ the service environment (temperature, sunlight, humidity, chemical contact) ④ estimated quantity and whether it is a repeat order ⑤ the artwork (you may upload a file or describe it) ⑥ whether you need barcodes, QR codes or anti-counterfeit marks ⑦ the labelling machine model and belt speed. With this we can propose a material and process solution directly, which avoids back-and-forth. Small quantities are welcome too — just send your requirement.

Material selection
These four face materials differ mainly in heat resistance, water resistance, tear resistance and surface appearance. Synthetic paper (PP/PE based) is waterproof, oil-resistant and tear-resistant, suited to shipping cartons and equipment cases. PET tolerates higher temperatures and resists chemicals, suited to electronics and chemical environments. BOPP is highly transparent and economical, suited to bottles and consumer packaging. Paper (coated) gives an attractive print result at low cost but dislikes water and humidity, suited to dry environments or short-term use. Industry reference temperature ranges exist for each material; the factory specification prevails — send us your service temperature, application surface and quantity and we will recommend a construction.
A clear label has no colour of its own, so whether it adheres depends mainly on the adhesive and the surface. Dark bottles and black plastics have low surface energy, and a standard adhesive may lift at the edges or detach completely. Our approach: first identify the bottle material (glass / PET / HDPE / PP) and any surface treatment, then select a matching high-tack or specialist adhesive, and recommend testing a physical sample on the real bottle before mass production. Sample fees follow our standard sample policy; deduction terms are confirmed in the written quotation; any tooling or special plate cost is stated before your approval.
Synthetic paper (plastic based) is clearly more water-, oil- and tear-resistant; it is essentially a PP or PE film. Coated paper is paper-based and tends to wrinkle, lose adhesion or tear when wet. The rule is simple: if the label will contact water, oil, refrigeration or outdoor conditions, choose synthetic paper; if the environment is dry and you want strong print appearance at low cost, paper is the better choice.
Surface condition determines adhesive choice. Low-surface-energy smooth surfaces (such as some PE and PP bottles) need a high-tack or specialist adhesive. Rough, porous surfaces (such as corrugated cartons or woven packaging) need stronger initial tack and a larger real contact area. Curved or rounded surfaces are better served by self-laminating wrap labels, or by making the label arc slightly larger than the application surface to reduce edge stress. Tell us the substrate and shape and we will give a specific recommendation.

Specification and customisation
Please prefer vector files (AI / PDF / EPS); high-resolution PSD is also acceptable. A few requirements that noticeably reduce rework: ① convert fonts to outlines so a missing typeface cannot change the letterforms; ② state whether colours are CMYK or Pantone spot; ③ images should be 300dpi or higher; ④ we handle the bleed — just give us the finished size and we will extend the artwork accordingly, so cutting variance does not leave white edges (if you prefer to add it yourself, that is fine too). A low-resolution JPG can be sent first to review the layout, but before production we recommend a vector file or an outlined PDF to avoid soft edges or distorted text.
Small labels are technically feasible, but the lower limit depends on material thickness, whether die-cutting is required, and print precision. Very small labels also depend on the positioning accuracy of the applicator. Recommended approach: send us the finished size, substrate, labelling machine model and belt speed, and we will confirm the achievable specification in the quotation rather than making claims we cannot hold.
Size and shape can be set from your drawing. We support rounded corners, circles, ring cuts and fully irregular contours, commonly used for bottle application, attractive presentation and product differentiation. Send a dimensioned drawing or a physical sample and we will move to sampling. The achievable minimum size and the complexity of an irregular shape depend on material thickness and printing method, and will be confirmed against your drawing in the quotation.
We support multi-colour printing and spot colour matching to Pantone, with the number of colours set by your artwork. Colour is judged against the physical sample you approve, which then becomes the master colour reference for production. Special finishes such as dark backgrounds, hot foil stamping and spot UV can be noted in your requirement and will be assessed individually. Labels are supplied on rolls for automatic application. Winding direction, core specification and roll length can be adjusted to your equipment — please provide the labelling machine brand and model together with belt speed, and we will confirm the matching specification so the rolls run correctly on your line.
We control quality at three stages: ① incoming material inspection, checking material batch, grammage and face-stock specification against the locked specification; ② in-process checks, verifying colour registration, image clarity and adhesive lay-down during printing; ③ final sampling, checking dimensions, appearance, adhesion performance and barcode readability by batch. Inspection is carried out against the written specification you approved; if anything falls outside it, we trace the batch and handle it under the agreed terms. Inspection items and acceptance criteria follow the mutually confirmed specification document.

Lead time and ordering
After the sample is approved and the specification is locked, mass production can ship within 48 hours at the fastest. Locking the specification is the key: the approved sample becomes a written specification (material, size, adhesive, printing, winding direction), and both production and inspection run against it. This prevents the common failure where the sample passes but the bulk order drifts. Tell us your required timing and we will confirm the lead time against your production schedule.
The lead time is counted from the date the specification and artwork are confirmed in writing — that is, after you approve the sample or the specification document and we receive the final artwork. This removes any ambiguity about the starting point. Production, inspection and packing are all scheduled against this locked specification.
The process has six steps: ① send your requirement (surface, environment, size, quantity) → ② technical assessment and quotation (material and process recommendation, MOQ, lead time) → ③ sampling → ④ approve the sample and the written specification → ⑤ mass production (produced and inspected against the locked specification) → ⑥ shipping. We reply within 24 hours and every step is traceable.

Export and compliance
Raise compliance requirements at the sampling stage: ① for barcodes (Code 128 / EAN etc.), specify the encoded content and the size ratio so the printed code stays readable; ② country-of-origin marks and origin declarations must be consistent with the shipping documents; ③ material descriptions involving food-contact or medical-contact applications must be checked against the destination country's regulations. Printed content always follows your approved artwork and is never altered without your confirmation. For barcodes, send the final encoded data and we will verify readability on the actual machine after sampling.
